Dixie is a seasoned Women’s Ministry leader. She has served at New Vision Baptist for multiple years where she serves with a disciplemaking team whose goal is to reach adults in Murfreesboro, TN with the gospel and see their lives transformed as they worship, connect, serve, and go.

Dr. Ryan Keaton serves full-time with the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board as the Strengthening Evangelistic Disciples Team Leader, where he equips churches to boldly share the gospel and strategically develop faithful followers of Jesus. With a heart for both evangelism and discipleship, Ryan is passionate about helping people not just make decisions for Christ, but grow into mature, mission-minded disciples. 

Prior to DBU, Shelley served for more than 25 years in children’s and family ministry in Oklahoma, Florida, and Texas.

Dr. Melia is also a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in grief and resilience. She holds an undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Baptist University, two master’s degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Philosophy from B.H. Carroll Theological Institute.

In addition to serving as Lead Pastor, Brad also serves as a hospital chaplain, is the Director for National Sustainability and Missouri Team Lead for Prison Seminaries Foundation and is an adjunct professor for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Brad has served as a prison chaplain, church planter, and church revitalizer. Brad has a Master of Arts in Christian Education, as well as a Master of Theology, and a Ph.D. all from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. In his spare time Brad enjoys time in the gym, hiking with his family, and cooking Cajun meals.

 Anthony serves as the AMS for the Dyer Baptist Association in West Tennessee. He is from Albertville, AL. Anthony received a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a Minor in Broadcast Communications from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, AL. He received his Master of Divinity in 2012 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, TX and his Doctor of Ministry degree in 2022 from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. He also serves on the board for World Changers and has served as a pastor in various churches.

Collin lives to raise up disciple-making disciples. Originally from Hillsboro, Texas, Collin has served churches in Arkansas, Tennessee, and North Carolina. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries from Williams Baptist University and a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Pastoral Theology from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His favorite thing to do is spending time with his wife, Anna, and two daughters, Libby and Lottie.

Josh is an Arkansas native who holds degrees from Arkansas State University and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in churches across Arkansas, Missouri, and Ohio. Josh is passionate about investing in disciple-making leaders. He and his wife Katie have one son, Elliot, and enjoy family time, travel, and good coffee and ice cream.

Sara Robinson began serving with KBC in June 2022. She is passionate about serving churches, building relationships and helping women discover their spiritual giftedness. Sara previously served First Baptist Church, Somerset, KY in ministry leadership roles for thirteen years. Sara holds a Master of Religious Education from Liberty University and a Th.M. and Ph.D. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. During her time at NOBTS Sara was the founding chairwoman of the Society for Women in Scholarship. Sara and her husband, Phil, have been married since December 2001 and they have one son, Zach. They live in Louisville, Kentucky and are members at Little Flock Baptist Church.
