What is it?

The DFive Diagnostic Workshop provides a dashboard approach that can be used to evaluate the health of the church disciplemaking environment. It helps the church determine solutions for improving and integrating processes, worship, and groups into their disciplemaking strategy. Each church team will walk away with a plan for improving or strengthening their current disciplemaking strategy.

It is designed to answer the following questions using The Church Disciplemaking Dashboard as a guide:

1. DEFINE – Have you clearly defined disciplemaking?
2. DETERMINE – Have you determined your disciplemaking context?
3. DESIGN – Have you designed disciplemaking connections?
4. DEVELOP – How are you developing a culture of service?
5. DELIVER – How are you delivering disciplemaking outcomes?

What are the workshop options?

• Association: One Day Workshop. Strengthen the churches in an association by using the DFive Diagnositc Workshop.

Cost for this approach varies based upon the state convention partnership. We desire to keep the cost to a minimum. The first workshop for partnering SBC state conventions is free ($1500 value). If more workshops are desired during the one-year partnership the cost would be $1000 for each one after the first. Non-partnering SBC state conventions: $1500 per workshop event.

The host is responsible for facilitator lodging and on-site cost (meals, supplies, The Disciplemaking Dashboard book, etc.).  DLN pays their own travel and honorarium.

• Church Team: One or Multiple Day Workshop/Retreat. Cost for this approach varies based upon the state convention partnership.

The cost for a one-day workshop is $1000 for churches in a partnering state conventions. Additional days are $500/day.  Churches in non-partnering state conventions will pay $1500 for the first day and $750/day for a multi-day workshop/retreat.

DLN covers the cost of travel and the honorarium. The host will provide a copy of the The Disciplemaking Dashboard for each participant and cover all on-site costs including lodging for the presenter(s)

• Church Consultation Services. Sometimes, an extra set of eyes or a fresh voice can help move the conversation forward in your current context. Disciple Leaders Network offers church consulting services that address the specific needs of your discipleship environment.Our consulting approach is unique—rather than offering a one-size-fits-all model, we draw from years of experience to help you explore the full picture through your disciplemaking dashboard and walking you through the five disciplemaking questions.

What’s included in a typical experience:
Initial in-person gathering – The host is responsible for lodging and on-site costs for the consultant.

Six coaching sessions – Your staff will meet together with our consultant via online meetings. (For associational/state cohorts, these sessions will be held jointly.)

Cost – $750 upfront per church, with an additional $500 due after the third session. (Ask us about State Partnership discounts.)

Additional in-person meetings or trainings – Not included in the base cost.
