What is it?

The D-Five Diagnostic Workshop provides a dashboard approach that can be used to evaluate the health of the church disciplemaking environment. It helps the church determine solutions for improving and integrating processes, worship, and groups into their disciplemaking strategy by leading each church to answer five disciplemaking questions. Each church team will walk away with a plan for improving or strengthening their current disciplemaking strategy.

What are the workshop options?

• Association/State Convention: One Day Workshop. Strengthen the churches in an association or state convention regional event by using the D-Five Diagnositc Workshop.
• Church Team: One or Multiple Day Workshop/Retreat. Cost for this approach varies based upon the state convention partnership.
