Groups Vs. One-to-One Discipleship
One-to-One discipleship has been the model, especially for unstructured discipleship like mentoring, relational evangelism, and life-stage discipleship. However, the OTO model is numerically inefficient for us to reach the world and make many well-made disciples. We have data points to demonstrate that 1:4 and 1:9 are more effective than OTO.
