The Coming Boomer Bust
Since 2021, Boomers have been the least likely group to return to church following the pandemic. The largest financial wealth transfer from Boomers to their children is upon us - will their kids give financially, or will the church see a financial bust? Boomers who are exiting the church are creating leadership voids that will require us to recruit more Millennials and Gen Xers into positions of influence within our churches. Are you ready?
